I found this podcast after the Aubrey Gordon episode and binged all the episodes available immediately afterwards. As a straight sized person my whole life, this podcast has allowed me to learn more about the experiences and perspectives of fat people in their own words versus hearing what straight-sized or medical people think is the experience of living in a fat body. I’ve learned a lot about how to be more mindful and validating towards fat people and also how to be an ally to them. I love this podcast and hope it continues for a long time!
